« Living room was poorly arranged and small. Bathroom towel rods falling off their racks because they were too short for their frames. Used towel from previous guest was hanging behind the bathroom door and masking tape still on the baseboard behind that same door. Hotel was no longer affiliated with casino so shuttle service was haphazardly scheduled and unreliable. »
