The property places you in the heart of Rosebank, with convenient access to restaurants, cafés, shopping, entertainment, business districts, and major transport routes.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire PrimeNest apartment for the duration of their stay, including the bedroom, bathroom, living and dining areas, kitchen, and coffee station.

You are also welcome to enjoy the building’s designated communal areas and amenities that are available to guests, including Epicure Restaurant, fully equipped gym, the clubhouse & shared infinity pool.

For your safety and security, please do not access restricted areas, service areas, other apartments, or spaces marked as staff-only/private.

We kindly ask that guests respect the building’s rules and other residents while enjoying the available spaces.

Neighborhood
Short walk to Rosebank shopping and dining along Oxford Road and Jan Smuts; close to smaller green spaces and private parks. Sandton’s business district is ~10–15 minutes by car. Good choice for business travellers and leisure guests who want central northern-Johannesburg access without staying in Sandton itself.

Getting around
Walkability: High within the Rosebank precinct (mall, restaurants, banks, small grocery/shops).
Public transport: Gautrain (Rosebank station) for fast links to Sandton and OR Tambo Airport; municipal taxis and metered taxis operate locally. Ride-hailing (Uber/Free Now/Bolt) is widely available and often easiest for short trips.
Driving: Convenient for drivers — quick access to the M1 and Oxford Road arterial routes; expect peak-hour congestion on Oxford Road and the M1.
Cycling: Limited protected cycling infrastructure; short rides around the suburb are possible but exercise caution on busy roads.
