Hôtel près de John Bunyan Museum, Bedford, Bedford

« Friendly helpful staff. Lovely room. »

« Nice place to recover during a business trip. Rooms are nice and confortable. Good choice of beer and food in the pub below. Very good breakfast! »

« The hotel overall is excellent, clean and the decor is beautiful. However, there are two minor issues that hold it back. Firstly, not being able to change the temperature in the room was a problem for me, as it was too hot on both nights I stayed in the room. Secondly, I do not know what was going on in the restaurant on Saturday night but it was chaos. There were three tables around me, and myself, and all four orders were wrong. It also seemed a little like some serving staff were trying...

« Mandip and Vijay were excellent. 10/10 Breakfast was outstanding Room plumbing needed adjustments taps in the sink and mixer taps in the shower/bath Room was beautiful. »

« Check in was the worst customer experience I have seen in many years. I arrived in front of the welcome desk, the lady was busy on her computer, she did not greet me, kept eyes on her screen for a few minutes. Another customer was waiting with me being totally ignored too and not being greeted too. « l'acceuil est excellent , mais l'ambiance est morose , et , horreur ,ils ferment tout chauffage dans la chambre à partir de la soirée !!! le lit est pourvu dun drap et d'une couette beaucoup trop fines, j'ai gelé , je n'ai pas fait de remarque parceque ca ne sert à rien, mon compagnon a fait les mèmes remarques , chambre 15 et 16 , »

« Propreté à revoir, du moisi dans la chambre et du sang sur les draps »

« This property appears newly renovated. It's nicely done, neat and appointed for 6. If you want a bedroom, then 5. »

« Ok for 1 night, a bit noisy with the road next to the hotel Breakfast time too late (7:30) and too long (30mins) to get served. »

« Je recommande ! Tout était parfait ! Personnel très souriant et serviable, chambre et sanitaires très propre ! Lieu très beau et paisible ! »

« It was a lovely hotel to stay in, nestled in a beautiful little village. The hotel's history was just as impressive. The breakfast there is a must and I really recommend it! On the not so good side would be the cleaning... we found dental floss things under our bed, as well as some yucky hankies, so not the best... what's more our room didn't experience house cleaning despite being there two nights. So overall it was a lovely experience, it's just the cleaning that could be improved (regarding...

« Hôtel simple, petit bar sympa, quartier avec des restaurants sympas. Parking gratuit. Rapport qualité/prix OK. »
