« We stay at Marriotts hotels for the reliable service and comfortable beds. This stay was disappointing in that the bed was the reason we left early. Very uncomfortable bed. We also were surprised to see that house keeping service was on an every other day schedule. Definitely not what we are used to from Marriott. »

« My room was big and clean. But entering the floor that goes to the room, the stairwell which was outside the building had trash and was not kept clean at all. Entering the hallway to my room there were like five huge bay windows. The first window obviously had tremendous signs of break-in where the screen was pulled away. The window was broken. « I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The first room had roaches, so I requested a different room. Unfortunately, the second and third rooms were also dirty and not in acceptable condition. Because of the cleanliness issues, I was unable to stay at the hotel. To make matters worse, I was only refunded for 2 of the 3 nights I had reserved, even though I could not stay due to the condition of the rooms. I also spoke with the supervisor, who was rude and dismissive instead of trying...

« Reservation non respectée! Le prix a été augmenter lors de notre arrivée. La durée du séjour a été écourtée d'une nuit lors de l'enregistrement. L'hôtel est délabrée et malpropre. la piscine non fonctionnelle. Le hall d'entrée est insalubre et l'odeur est dégoutante! Le personnel est indifférent à respecter les termes de la réservation (pourtant effectuée plus de 7 mois auparavent). Nous avons annulés notre réservation sur place. Endroit fortement déconseillé. »
