Welcome to Juniper & Sage Retreat, a peaceful desert hideaway in Joshua Tree’s sought-after Friendly Hills neighborhood. Set on a private half-acre lot surrounded by mountain views, native desert landscape and iconic Joshua trees, our three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is designed for relaxation, connection and unforgettable desert adventures.

Spend sunny afternoons by the sparkling pool, unwind beneath the stars in the hot tub, or gather around the firepit as the desert sky comes alive. Use our telescope to explore the stars and planets, enjoy a quiet morning with complimentary organic Joshua Tree Coffee Company coffee, or take the bikes out to explore the surrounding area.

Juniper & Sage Retreat feels wonderfully secluded while keeping you close to everything that makes Joshua Tree special. The beautiful Friendly Hills Trail is within walking distance, and both Joshua Tree National Park and downtown Joshua Tree are only about five minutes away.

THE SPACE

Our comfortable, single-level home offers approximately 1,450 square feet of thoughtfully designed indoor living space, plus a spacious private yard with plenty of room to relax and play. The warm, modern desert décor creates a welcoming atmosphere for families, couples and groups of friends.

Large windows bring in natural light and showcase the surrounding desert scenery. After a day of hiking or exploring, come home to comfortable bedrooms, inviting gathering spaces and everything you need for an easy, relaxing stay.

Even without the telescope, the view overhead is spectacular. Turn off the outdoor lights, settle into a chair and enjoy the peaceful desert sky.
