The house is just under 1,000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, living room with a wood burning stove, TV, Sound System with turn table, blue-tooth receiver, dining area, full kitchen with oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee makers, full set of cookware, utensils and Stoneware dinner set.

The bathroom has an oversized tub and shower with stylish mi-century modern fixtures.

In addition to the traditional wood burning stove, there are separate mini-split Heating and Air Conditioning systems with remotes for the living room and each bedroom. There is also a gas heater in the hall between bathroom and kitchen.

In the spacious 1/2 acre back yard, there is a BBQ, outdoor dining table with benches, outdoor wooden chairs for use on the patio or near the gas burning fire pit and wooden chase lounges for sun bathing or star gazing!
Guest access
Guests can access the entire property. Washer and Dryer are in the Garage. Be aware that the yard it is not fully fenced, so please stay within the perimeter of the split rail fences. Please take care when walking around the backyard above the main level. You may also encounter wildlife (which should not be fed), and uneven ground, so please be mindful of your surroundings.

Front Bedroom has a King Size bed, Back bedroom has a Queen Size bed, there is a comfortable Queen Size blow up bed with built in pump and bedding for the spacious living room to sleep 6 humans, a dog bed for your Canine Fur Baby!

The yard is not fully fenced in and there is wild life around so be very careful with your dogs and keep them on a leash whenever you go outside with them :-)
