The property team was very quick to address questions, issues and concerns. The overall condition of the condo is good with some things seeming a little “tired”. The master bath exhaust fan is extremely loud. The guest bath exhaust fan filter needs cleaning. The fact that the only small closet in the guest bedroom was filled with a vacuum, mop and broom was not good. Any clothes hung there would immediately smell like vacuum/mop. Another location for the equipment would be great. There was no ability to use the safe since the key was not available at the front desk as indicated it should be. The cutting board needs to be replaced. It collects all fibers from the sponge and dish towel and they could hardly be removed. All kitchen equipment worked perfectly. One item to note for future guests. Coffee filters were provided, thankfully. We were told round filters were needed for the coffee maker. Not true. The pot uses Cone filters. It is good to note those are provided. Air conditioning in guest bedroom would not cool, ever. The condo is nice and pictures online are accurate.
