Power was restored after check in time. We understood, so we delayed our arrival until later that evening.One of three elevators were working, which is not convenient for a stay on the 9th floor. Two days after our arrival, the AC and hot water went out. The AC still is not restored.Despite the delay, that was apparently also due to the power outage.I asked our host about it, and it sounds like Royal Kahana is planning future work to ensure that power outages don't affect systems like that. I gave a 2 star rating because the host was responsive to my concerns. They took my feedback seriously. I'm not as confident in Royal Kahana, however.
