Many guests arrive thinking they’ll be out exploring every night — and you absolutely can. You’re in a highly walkable area near some of the city’s best restaurants, shopping, parks, and museums, with easy access to the streetcar.

You’ll walk into a home that feels clean, cohesive, and thoughtfully put together. It’s comfortable without being basic, and everything is designed to feel simple, intentional, and easy to live in.

You’ll also feel comfortable coming home at night, with secure building access (two coded entry points) for added peace of mind.

You'll find a fully equipped kitchen to meet your cooking & entertaining needs. Starter supplies of coffee, sugar & creamer are provided. Access your own TV apps through the Roku Smart TV.

A few things to note:
• Street parking only (typical for this area), though most guests find parking nearby without much difficulty.
• This space is intended for temporary visitors to Kansas City and not local residents.
• Laundry is located in the building basement and is coin-operated.

You’ll also have access to the rooftop patio — a favorite spot for sunsets and city views.

FIRST TIME GUESTS/LOCALS:
We love new guests & want to ensure the best experience! Guests without any reviews will be asked a few questions as well as asked for ID Verification through a 3rd party system. Local guests without great reviews are not allowed. This space is specifically for visitors to Kansas City.

Please note that all information collected is used strictly for verification purposes and is not stored or used for any other reason.

HOUSE RULES
• Pets NOT allowed
• No parties or events.
• All visitors must be approved by the host and should depart by 10:00 PM.

PARKING
Parking is on the street - oftentimes there is more space on Oak St if you don't see any out front - check street signs. You are welcome to pull up & unload in the front of the building.

Items left behind can be shipped to you for a $25 handling fee plus the cost of the shipping.
