« The check in clerk overnight was TERRIBLY rude. He was more interested in taking his personal phone call and told me he was âdoing me a favorâ by allowing me to check in past 2am (I tried calling to ask about this, but never got the phone answered. Now I know why).
The room was old and DIRTY. I found HAIR in the shower, stains in the toilet, stains on the walls. »

« Almost nothing in our room worked correctly. TV stand was disfigured. No charging outlets. Electrical plug-in receptacle didnât work. Food was tolerable but not good. Very disappointed. »
