« the location is convenient, close to subway and shopping areas. A bottle of soft drink was left on the 7th floor hallway table for over two days and the cleaning team did not take it away. It is very unusual for a 5 stars hotel to see waste items left in the hallway noticed. What I do not like to that when we tried to charged our drink to the room before we left the bar, we were told to pay deposit for drinks before we could charge it to the room. I have never heard about making food deposit...

« Un bon hôtel trois étoiles avec possibilité de manger le soir de 20h à 22h (buffet libre, compris dans le prix). Assez bien centré. Dommage qu'on entende les autres clients dans le couloir se parler bruyamment tôt le matin, réveil assuré :-( »

« A very budget-friendly and very clean hotel. Check in and out process was incredibly simple and seamless. My family and I were appreciative of the included buffet breakfast every morning. Menus rotate, a great variety (salad bar, greens, protein, and carbs)- accommodating to both local and foreign palettes. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Red Line Shihjia Station. The front desk are friendly and proactive. Access to washers and dryers were beneficial, as well. Overall, excellent stay. »

Staff aux petits soins, chambres spacieuses et confortables ,pleins d attentions pour les enfants et Petit déjeuner délicieux - il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. Malheureusement la qualité première de un gîte le st de pouvoir y dormir : notre chambre était très bruyante - un vrombissement digne d un décollage d avion amoindrit toute les 20 minutes… »

« Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had unexpected troubles unrelated to the room and the staff were all willing to go the extra mile to help. Leo had very good English skills so communication wasn’t a problem for English speakers. Rooms were clean. I wish the shower had a curtain so that water would not get all the clothes wet. Affordable place with relatively easy access to malls, groceries stores and any other thing you need. »

« I love the bathroom layout. The room, floors, etc were super clean. The breakfast was includedand thefood options were far superior to the continental style breakfasts that they have at other hotel chains like Marriott nf Hilton. This facility was also situated right across from the mall, so zhopping anx food options are readily available. »
