„När vi anlände till Condo in Kata in Ozone - A519 blev vi anvisade till A604 som var en liten studio med säng och pentry i det enda rummet. Vi hade bokat med separat sovrum och stor balkong. Vi protesterade och hänvisades att ringa de ryska ägarna till lägenheten. Efter någon timme kom två ryska representanter och förklarade att det inte alls var de som gjort fel utan det var Hotels.com som lagt in fel bilder på A519. Vi upplevde ägarna som arroganta och hotfulla. Eftersom det var helgdag ...
