Hôtel près de Cathédrale Saint-Martin, Thetford, Thetford

« My new favourite place to stay when we come to Norfolk. A lovely hotel, amazing staff and really friendly locals. It was so lovely to see how busy the pub was with both food and drinks. The food was incredible, breakfasts were amazing. We popped downstairs later one evening and just had a dessert and they were more than happy to just serve that. All the staff were great, so friendly and went over and above when I mentioned something I needed for the room. The room was great, loved the...

« Simply stunning. Beautiful place to relax and unwind. A real luxury feel. Would definitely recommend. »

« Very friendly staff, clean comfortable bed overall a lovely stay »

« This was the perfect place to stay for a special event at nearby Wymondham College. I was warmly (well, it was during the heatwave!) and cheerfully greeted by Tracey. My room was clean, well-prepared and provided me with all the facilities I required. It was extremely competitively priced. My thanks to the staff concerned for their part in a really memorable weekend. »

« Stayed for one night , the room was nice with a large bathroom. Breakfast was very good (full English) and staff very good. This should be described as a Bed & Breakfast not a Hotel. »

« Very clean room »

« We had a lovely stay for one night at Grange Farm. The owners were extremely welcoming and we enjoyed our conversations. Room was big and comfortable. We were offered supper by our hosts which was delicious, with a super breakfast cooked for us in the morning. Lovely, safe location. »

« Très bel établissement récemment rénové. Les chambres sont très agréables. Petit bémol sur les douches qui sont ouvertes et laissent donc l’eau aller dans la salle de bain. A part ce détail tout était parfait. »

« My favourite East Anglian hotel - recently refurbished, just as friendly and welcoming. As usual there were all sorts here, it's a proper 'local' - good food, good beer, good cheer! Lots of interesting opinions - all topical issues covered and easily overheard. The bar has two tellies now, and I enjoyed watching the end of an ODI (Sri Lanka won), and then some Happy Valley with mein hosts. I thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here (as long as you can do stairs), it's reasonably priced, the...

« Lovely stay! So many nice little touches - coffee milk etc. perfect for a long weekend! »

« Amazing stay. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Often hotels state pet friendly, but these guys added some really nice useful touches, to make us all welcome. Beautiful property in a great location. »

« Séjour positif , hotel historique bien placé et très bien décoré style Anglais »

« Stop over while visiting Sandringham. Ideal situation staff helpyroom ideal would use again easy parking »

« Room was clean with a modern bathroom and comfortable. We didn't spend time in the hotel bar or restaurant but did have a drink outside where there were some tables for diners. Service was fine, but when we got up to leave the next morning the reception and bar area were all locked up (8:30am). In the end I had to call the hotel to find out how to check out and was told to just leave the key in the room and go. This wasn't really an issue for us, but it would have been better to be told of...

« Very good »

« This hotel, which could be a nice place to spend one or several days in Brandon: 1. There is no reception desk or anyone to attend your visit, in spite of having booked in and paid for one double bedroom last Wednesday. There is a written notice in a paper asking that in case of an emergency the visitor call two different numbers. None of them replied or returned the call. 2. After having tried to get someone at least on the phone, we decided to go out and look for another hotel. In front of the...
