It’s a haven for hikers and nature lovers, with more trails and viewpoints than can be explored in a single visit. The town itself offers a charming mix of cafés, restaurants, and convenient grocery shopping, ensuring everything you need is within easy reach.

Back at the house, you can enjoy cosy winter evenings with a glass of wine, or take advantage of the fresh mountain air during the warmer months. With seasonal beauty and a calendar of local festivals, this region is an appealing destination all year round.

The home comfortably accommodates guests across four well-appointed bedrooms, including one king room and three queen rooms, with an additional sofa bed in the living area suitable for children (please note the fireplace in bedroom 3 is for decoration only and does not operate). Climate control is provided with both air conditioning and heating throughout. The spacious living area features a large television with free-to-air and streaming options, a generous lounge setting, and a ten-seater dining table ideal for shared meals and gatherings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, including an oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster, making it easy to prepare anything from simple breakfasts to full dinners.

There are three bathrooms in the home, along with a laundry complete with a washing machine and dryer. Guests are provided with essentials including towels and a hairdryer for added convenience.

Outdoors, the property offers a unique and inviting space with a Chinese garden, a tennis table for entertainment, and a fully fenced, styled front yard. Parking is ample, with covered space for two cars and additional off-street parking for up to four more vehicles.

The location is highly convenient, with major supermarkets such as Woolworths, Coles, and Aldi, along with a variety of restaurants and shops, all within two kilometres. The Leura Cascade and Prince Henry Cliff Walk are just a short 100-metre stroll away, while Katoomba RSL is 800 metres from the property. Katoomba town centre is only 1.4 kilometres away, and Leura Mall can be reached within 2.5 kilometres, offering even more dining and boutique shopping options.

Important Notes:
1. The outdoor entertaining area has a built on BBQ that has been decommissioned. This BBQ is not operational and not available for guest use.
2. This home has 3 historic fireplaces installed. They are non-operational and serve only as decoration.

This property offers self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. One set of keys is provided per booking and you are able to utilise the lockbox during your stay.

Where fireplaces and outdoor fire pits are advertised, they are only available in winter and subject to local fire restrictions; some properties provide a starter pack of firewood, while others do not, so guests must review their check-in details to confirm what is supplied and ensure fires are fully extinguished and the area left clean after use.

Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
