« Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. Un petit point négatif toutefois: une personne à l’accueil fut un peu “raide” lors de notre réception car nous pensions que le séjour était payé. Nous n’avons pas eu d’explications alors que nous disposions du reçu d’American Express. Nous avons bien sûr payé mais nous fûmes considérés avec froideur! »

« The hotel is very clean and good location. We wanted an early check in because we had a family wedding to get ready for but they could not accommodate us. The bar and restaurant staff were super friendly. Breakfast had huge portions and very tasty. Enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop that overlooked the pretty street below. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend this place to others. »

« The fitness center was closed for the entire 3 day stay because of a leak in the air conditioning. They said it would be fixed but never opened. The television controls were uninterpretable until a maintenance person wrote out the directions on day #2. There was no way that I would have figured it out. My coffee machine did not work either. When I asked to be comped for at least 1 day of my 3 days stay, I was told a manager would call me after checking out and I never received a phone call »

« The stay overall was great. Clean facilities, helpful staff, and a very tasty breakfast that actually has turkey sausage (a major plus, as a member of my party can't eat pork). A major drawback was the elevator though. It was jerky, made concerning sounds, and as of 5/30/26 had not been inspected since 1/9/25. « The room was clean, but televisions and door keys did not work. The reason told to me was that there was a thunder storm the day before and knocked out all the electronics and internet system. I ask for a discount and was told that Expedia would have to do that, because I made my reservation through them and not the hotel. »
