„This was a beautiful cozy place. So Lovely decorated. With little kitchenette amenities enough to fix simple breakfast/ lunch. A table to sit at. Nice clean modern bathroom. Nice entrance. Private. Close to hikes (25-30 minutes from LOJ trail head parking. It allowed me to bring my dog. It was perfect for what we needed. Host was very responsive to any questions. I’d stay again without hesitation. “

„Lovely home, surrounded by trees and with beautiful view of the mountains. Close to fantastic hiking and solid options for eating out, and a quick drive to Lake Placid if you want a bit more variety or to do some shopping. This was the cleanest rental house I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve rented a lot over the years. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The owners were thorough and responsive. Would love to return in the future!“

„The house was perfect for us! We had plenty of space, enjoyed the large kitchen, the patio, the hot tub and having fires outside in the evening. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong table. We had a blast! The house was clean, beds comfortable, great appliances and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed. We would come back and stay again! “

„This place was absolutely amazing. It had everything we needed in the house and every time we thought we needed to go get something. It was already there. Gaby was great and so far as texting and keeping me informed on things. We actually reached out to see if we could do it again, but unfortunately, it looks like she’s booked. This woman deserves a gold star for this place.“

„The balcony and dock are amazing. The location is absolutely perfect. The town of lake placid and all it surroundings are at your finger tips here.The two rooms, one with one queen bed and one with two queen beds were perfect.The living room and tv were easy to use.The kitchen was reasonably well-stocked and everything worked. It was such a win for our family.“

„Anlass unseres Besuches war die Bob Weltmeisterschaft in LP. Die Unterkunft und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern waren toll.Das Cottage in Lake Placid war sehr sauber und komplett mit allem ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. “

"Das Cambria Hotel war das schönste auf unserer 4-wöchigen Reise durch die Neu-Englandstaaten. Das lag vor allem an den herzlichen Mitarbeitern (vom Hotel-Manager David angefangen) über die Leute an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Zudem hat das Hotel einige Annehmlichkeiten, die deutlich über dem Durchschnitt liegen. (Laundry, Innenpool, Restaurant-Terrasse mit schönen Möbeln, Kajaks und Tretboote zum Ausleihen und einer schönen Aussenanlage am See mit Feuerstellen) Wir haben uns in dem schönen, recht großzügigen Zimmer mit Pantry, mit Ausblick auf die Berge und dem tollem Badezimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Von uns gibt es eine Empfehlung für Lake Placid für dieses Hotel."
