„The house itself is big and beautiful. The low rating for our stay is mostly the extreme lack of communication with the host. After completing the booking, I asked a question regarding sleeping accommodations as an infant was with us. 1 month later I had still not received a response so I submitted the question again. They replied and said they would get back to me, never did. After reviewing the details of the house about a week prior to arriving, I noted a sentence stating the pool was ...
