Really enjoyed our stay here. The property is in a corner lot and has a nice little backyard space. Perfect for grilling out and letting the kids run wild. The walk to the beach couldn't be easier. We really liked how the tide moved in and out so far because it meant that there is a lot of flat beach space. Additionally, the breeze you get off the water is perfect and you can hear the ocean in the background at night which is the best sleep generator I can think of.
The inside of the house has smallish bedrooms, but they're just for sleeping anyways so it's fine. The open kitchen makes the living and dining areas feel spacious. We didn't use the outdoor shower, but it looked nice and well maintained so that's a useful extra shower to have.
I liked that the house is tucked into a residential neighborhood with small streets and basically no thru traffic. Just be sure to stock up on groceries or any shopping items because it's a 15ish minute drive back to the shopping area. There is a general store that's walkable, but it's basically got 7-11 type supplies. The Tide Inn has a nice restaurant and bar if you just want to chill out with a drink.
