« We would highly recommend this home!! Communication in advance of our stay was great and the house itself was exactly what we were looking for - cozy, clean and spacious. « We stayed at Richard's property for a small family reunion of sorts and could not be happier with the experience. The home is beautiful and spacious. There are ample rooms and beds and a place for everyone to gather or do their own thing. The proximity to Ogunquit was also key. Especially liked being able to cook a family dinner and be together at the large dining room table. We are going to make this an annual trip and will definitely book again! »

« You could tell how new this property was with every detail in the home and the cleanliness! Also host thought of leaving many helpful things that we didn’t need to bring (all bedding, bath towels, beach towels, wagon, nice beach chairs). « The house was amazing in so many ways. It was large enough for a big family gathering; there were a multitude of places to find a quiet place if needed; the outdoor seating options were varied; the kitchen was well stocked and plenty of seating for everyone; the ADA bedroom makes it so much easier with elderly members; the location to beaches and the Nubble lighthouse were just a short walk, etc etc! We had a fabulous time and super comfortable stay and would highly recommend this property. »

« Myself and my family get together. Every two years And stay at hills beach. We have been coming to this area since we were children and truly enjoy this location. This rental fit our needs perfectly with 3 different families all related And all with different needs. Our stay here allowed us to all be together and all have our own personal space. Lauren The owner was a great communicator and very accommodating to our needs. I absolutely recommend anyone who gets the chance to stay here. »
