Found the property as listed. Upon entering, there is an alarm going off that you canât turn off. Made several calls to the point of contact with no answer. After 5 minutes or so, it finally turns off. But there are sensors everywhere, so every time you open a door it beeps loudly like a gas station. Then we found out the thermostat was turned off and it was 86 in the house. Tried turning it on, then it blew warm air for two hours. Kept trying to call the contact but no answer. Finally had to leave some nasty grams all the while we were contacting âEvolveâ, the rental agency. Also, there was a fly infestation with dead insects in the window sills, floors and kitchen. We then just left and that night was able to get a full refund from evolve. Finally got a hold of our contact, after 2 hours, and he wanted me to try and go out and work on the AC. What? Plus, the back porch steps are rotted and broken. Not worth it. I wish I had more pictures.
