THE LAYOUT
Thoughtfully updated across three levels, Bordeaux combines modern comforts with a warm, inviting mountain atmosphere. Recent updates include a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, refreshed bathrooms, new flooring, fresh paint, and carefully selected furnishings.

LOWER LEVEL | TWO KING SUITES
The lower level features two spacious king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite full bathroom and heated tile floors, perfect for unwinding after a day on the mountain.

MAIN LEVEL | LIVING & GATHERING
The heart of the home is an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area centered around a cozy decorative fireplace. This level also includes a convenient half bath and access to the west-facing deck, where you can enjoy views of Baldy from the bistro table beneath the umbrella. A dedicated workspace with a desk sits on this level.

UPPER LEVEL | KING SLEEPING LOFT
Tucked away at the top of its own staircase, the charming sleeping loft features a third king bed. While open to the living space below without a door, its elevated position creates a cozy, tucked-away retreat.

ENTERTAINMENT AND ADDITIONAL COMFORTS
Two bikes, 4 pairs of snowshoes + poles, and a private in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays and outdoor adventures even more convenient.

After a day exploring the mountains, settle in for a cozy evening at Bordeaux. Enjoy Roku streaming with Guest Mode, allowing you to access your favorite streaming services using your own accounts, with automatic sign-out at checkout.

OUTDOOR SPACE

WINTER ACCESS & SNOW REMOVAL
The property is professionally maintained year-round, including snow removal from common areas and parking spaces. During winter, guests may be asked to temporarily move their vehicles to allow for snow plowing.

Mountain Cooling
Bordeaux does not have air conditioning, but Ketchum's cool mountain evenings offer natural relief from summer warmth. Even in July, nighttime temperatures often dip into the 40s and 50s keeping the downstairs bedrooms naturally cool. We recommend opening the windows in the evening and using the provided fans to keep things comfortable.

Fireplace
The indoor fireplace is decorative and not operational. For everyone's safety, please do not build a fire.

Parking
Two reserved parking spaces are provided directly outside the condo. These are the first two spaces closest to the front entrance. Please park only in these designated spaces and be considerate of neighboring residents.

Winter Snow Removal
Snow removal is provided during the winter months. Guests may be asked to temporarily move their vehicles to allow for plowing and to keep parking areas accessible.
