This charming retreat features one bedroom with a brand-new bed, one full bathroom, and a new sofa sleeper. The upstairs bedroom-loft offers an open layout-not fully enclosed, but provides a comfortable place to rest. In the summertime, the upstairs has a portable AC unit for cooling off.
