The beach access was ideal although on several occasions the “green” elevator key; which I would assume would work on the beach gate didn’t and we had to ring the bell; albeit everyone in the party tried w/o success. « We arrived at noon time in Ft. Lauderdale and a quick uber ride to the hotel in Hollywood, Florida. We were greeted at the desk and was told our room would not be ready until 4:00 pm because they were cleaning it. No problem, I would prefer to wait and walk into a clean room! « The valet receptionist on the morning shift on Jan 14 was very unprofessional. She purposely delayed the car handover to me even though all I needed was to take my personal stuff out. I missed my very important work meeting call because of that. I had to request many times and after showing frustration few times she finally let me go get my stuff from the car in the parking. Same experience happened during the laundry time, no one knew what to do and how to get those laundry machine figured out....
