Maison de 6 chambres en bord de mer avec piscine chauffée et spa donnant sur la plage privée. Cette maison est meublée avec goût et dispose de 2 suites de maître pour la famille élargie. Bien que situé dans un cadre très privé et calme, il est proche de grands restaurants et magasins. La maison est équipée de 2 kayaks et un bateau peut être ajouté à la location moyennant un supplément. Les couchers de soleil depuis cette maison ne peuvent être surpassés nulle part dans les Keys. Such a great spot for our extended family of 14. Pictures don’t do it justice! So many great places to hang out from the pool to covered area to screened in porch to living room! And the heated pool, hot tub, dock with boat lift and SUP and kayaks- we’re all used!

The location was perfect for enjoying both Key Largo and Islamorada. The house and views were amazing - clean, comfortable, beautiful sunset views. The heated pool and hot tub were really nice for a December visit. The kids loved fishing off the end of the dock - endless night hours spent there. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. I can't say enough great things about this property - a very special place on the Keys!

This was my family’s third stay at this house, and it was great once again. The house and beach/dock are beautiful and functional.Jay, the manager, doesn’t hover, which is nice, and he is always timely and responsive. He has always informed us in advance if someone will be on the property to do a task. We appreciate that. The weather was lovely and the shark fishing at night was great. Lots of snapper and other fish, too. And a manatee came right up to the dock. The vacation went way too fast. We will be back again, hopefully soon!

A great place for a family retreat!

We spent an amazing week celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary one of our daughters 24th wedding anniversary one of our granddaughters 21st birthday!! Our group of 13 enjoyed the spa/pool and swimming on the beach along with very comfortable evenings cooking, visiting, and sleeping in the spacious home.

Family getaway

We arrived with our family for 2 weeks and had a great time! The house has great space and the property has the feel of your own private resort!The beach, pool, hot tub all great and snorkeling right off the dock! It kept everyone busy & happy!! Thanks Sunset Paradise!!

Beautiful place! Stunning views!

Overall, the property was perfect for our family vacation. I would consider this a premium property. Jay was great and responsive to all my questions and problems. On the other hand there were some issues. I feel when you have a premium property and your paying premium prices things should be almost perfect. We had issues with the pool for 2.days, the driveway bricks were so uneven, my granddaughter whipped out, hitting her chin pretty hard. Stumps on the beach that were tripped over. Screen door that didn’t open all the way. 1burner on the stove that didn’t work. Screens on the porch that weren’t fully attached. Paint pealing in multiple places, dishwasher that wasn’t working the way it should. Drawer pulls missing in master bathroom. Dirty dishes upon arrival. And there were some cleanliness issues. The property itself was undeniably beautiful, but it definitely needed some updates and work to be done. Notice should also be given when maintenance workers are coming

Great vacation spot

Loved the private beach, heated pool with shallow end good for a toddler, private dock and boat. Very private, peaceful and good for a family or group to have fun together. Typical of a VRBO rental, the house is well used and things were well worn. Don't expect 5 star hotel conditions. Some things were broken but the property manager sent someone to fix them. We had a good time there. The sunsets are great. The boat we rented ran well but the depth meter didn't work, it was hard to see the Garmin NAV. The manager suggested using a NAV application on our phone, which we did, but the phone is not easy to look at while driving the boat.

BEWARE Pictures are not what they appear in real life

We called VRBO Customer Support on Wednesday January 22nd. when we discussed the issues with VRBO regarding our stay at this VRBO, we were told that they had no control over anything and it was soley on the manager/owner of the VRBO. First off this is insane. We checked into our VRBO around 4:30pm and by 10pm we were requesting to cancel the reservation and get a full refund. The reasons we are requesting this is because the pictures in the VRBO add are NOT what is seen in real life. Also they claim this house sleeps 14 people, and thats impossible unless you have 8 kids that make up this reservation. Also no where in the description of this property does is say that the 6th bedroom, is an outside bedroom, that you have to leave the house, walk downstairs and you have another room that has an exterior door on the ground floor. this is not safe for parents bringing young children. Then to top it off, that 6th bedroom, had zero lighting, because either it didn't work or it was burned out, so we had to open a microwave to get light. The tipping point however was that there was NO hot water. tepid at best. when we reached out to the manager, Jay, he said he would send someone out. Mind you, we have now traveled since 4am, no showers, including my three year old child. The plumber arrives (Jay the property manager is never there the whole time the plumber is there) the next morning and says there is no way that this water tank is sufficient for a household of 14 people

Excellent vacation property

This is a great place for people looking to swim, fish off the dock and hang out with extended family in a convenient location. This was our second visit, and we hope to stay there again. Jay, the property manager makes it all run smoothly. My husband, our teenage/adult children and girlfriends all love it, as do I.

Wonderful vacation!

My friend and i took our teens and their friends to relax and get some very needed R&R. Had a fantastic time in this great home with great views and private pool and beach. Jay is a great host and takes good care of his property. Home and property is private but close everything we needed. Went on daily excursions that are only few minutes away. I loved waking up and sitting outside watching the ocean and sunrise. The best part was seeing all the kids enjoying the water and kayaks. Had a fantastic time at this fantastic home!

Great getaway for a wedding in the keys

This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. We used all 5 bedrooms and they were very nice. Kitchen was a little small for a big house, but everything worked and it was well appointed. Brunches were on the nice screened porch and there are plenty of restaurants nearby for dinners, but a car is a must have. Shaded pool was nice to cool off in after a day in the sun. We had a little problem with the family room AC, but the bedroom AC units worked well and compensated. We also used the kayaks and paddleboards which were a nice add. Nicest surprise was watching the tarpon swim by the fish light at the end of the dock!

News years eve

Great house for our party of nine. Unfortunately the refrigerator was not working but luckily there was one in the downstairs unit that we could use. A little inconvenient but it worked. Since it was New Year’s Day we had to wait until the next day to get it fixed but that was understandable. Weather was a little cool but the hot tub got a lot of use!!
