Shipyard Condominiums sont situés dans la prestigieuse communauté fermée de Truman Annex, dans la vieille ville de Key West. Les condos sont situés à 2 pâtés de maisons de Duval Street et de toutes les attractions de la vieille ville Key West. Les propriétés se trouvent également à ¼ de mile du parc national de Fort Zachary Taylor. La propriété est équipée avec laveuse / sécheuse, casseroles / poêles, serviettes, draps, ont la climatisation centrale, parking dans la rue, et l'accès à la piscine. Cette maison est une maison de ville sur 2 niveaux. Pelican's Perch est un chalet tropical sur le thème des Cara��bes qui a été entièrement rénové de haut en bas. La cuisine est équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable. La vie est pleine de choix, mais quand on séjourne au Pelican's Perch, les choix sont beaucoup plus sympas. Prenez une promenade de trois minutes à Duval Street pour manger et divertissement, à cinq minutes à pied de Sunset Pier, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage de Fort Taylor, à une minute à pied de la piscine Truman Annex ou simplement rester et se détendre . En choisissant de se détendre, Pelican's Perch est une oasis en soi. Situé sur l'une des plus belles rues de Key West, son porche est un endroit idéal pour regarder le monde passer. Deux chaises à bascule blanches occupent son porche surélevé, permettant une belle vue sur les d��filés et les gens qui regardent. Pour les moments où vous voulez prendre quelques rayons, lire ou dîner en toute tranquillité, le porche arrière est l'un des plus grands, les plus silencieux et les plus intimes de toute l'annexe Truman. Entouré d'arbres, il donne sur un parc tropical, dispose de deux chaises longues et d'une table à manger pouvant accueillir six personnes. A l'intérieur, vous pouvez profiter de trois téléviseurs à écran plat, Internet sans fil, tout nouveau mobilier tropical des Caraïbes et de l'art. Nouveaux matelas orthopédiques comprennent l'un des rares matelas king-size dans l'annexe Truman. Lorsqu'il est temps de cuisiner ce poisson frais, le Pelican's Perch dispose d'un barbecue à gaz, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et d'un choix de coins repas intérieur et extérieur. C'est le chalet parfait pour le locataire sélectif.

Our first time in Key West and we loved it! The house was wonderful from the front porch to the spacious back deck. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was perfectly located so we were able to walk everywhere! Will definitely be back!

Fall getaway

Lovely property, gardens and grounds and pool area. Very close quarters in the downstairs bedroom. Seemed a bit tight. Very close and tight in the kitchen area, but totally accomodating with needed kitchen and basic cooking supplies. The dining area pretty much went unused, so a wasted space for us. Loved the porch and sitting out there and on the back deck. Utilized the grill and it worked perfect. Would probably stay in the Truman Annex area again, just without as many people.

The new rugs in living room were a fall risk due to the ends not lying flat on floor, had to be very careful. Upstairs fan did not work. Location is fantastic, we stay in the general area most of our trips to Key West. Pool was very nice, large and close. In general a great experience.

Close to the pool, close to Truman ParkThere were a number of little things that need attention which we made Compass aware of. The condition of the deck was the major issue as it was actually a safety issue. However the deck is scheduled to be replaced. The bathroom showers were very nice. The kitchen was too small for us since we like to cook in sometimes. It is basically a one person kitchen. All in all however the unit is nice and comfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel to KW often and this was our first time renting a unit. Compass was incredible to work with. The location is amazing, just outside of Truman Waterfront/Ft Zach and two blocks from the Green Parrot. We always rent bikes for the duration from WeCycle, and they are just down the street.We used Paradise Porters to hold and deliver our luggage before we could check in at 4 and can recommend them.It may be good to know that the upstairs primary bedroom is a loft and open to the house. The main floor bedroom is tight, but has a door. Property felt a bit worn, but is a cute standalone house with nice back deck, new grill, close to pool. We had cleanliness issues with the property, but Compass is managing that and was very receptive to feedback (Thank you!). I would not rent this property again, but might try another in TA in the future.

The location was perfect. The condo accommodated the four of us very well. Although the kitchen was small, it was adequate in that we did no cooking while we were there. The owners supplied plenty of items need for dishwashing and trash, as well as for washing in the washing machine. The back deck and front porch were used daily. There were plenty of bath supplies, as well.We did have an issue with hot water and leaks, but the management company corrected it as soon as they possibly could.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Pelican's Perch was wonderful. The property was clean, bathrooms updated, and ample linens were provided. The kitchen is really small and the dining area was super cramped with a large tables and many chairs, which was difficult to move around, but we made it work. We weren't able to get the TVs to work, and we are pretty techy savvy, but this wasn't the end of the world, although it would have been nice to have listened to music channels, etc... The patio furniture was less than comfortable so we didn't spend much time out there which was disappointing. Two lounge chairs did show up on the patio near the end of our week, which was a nice surprise, but a more comfortable outdoor set up would add so much more to this property. All in all we were satisfied and had a blast! The location is awesome and it had everything we needed! Would recommend this property and we may even return again next year!!!
