La suite Nassau est une suite à deux niveaux avec une chambre trÚs spacieuse à l'étage, un lit king-size, une télévision, un bureau avec prise pour ordinateur et chaise, un coffre-fort, un fer et une planche à repasser avec ventilateur de plafond Bahama, A / C et coloré Oeuvre des Caraïbes. La salle de bain à l'étage dispose d'une douche à l'italienne.

En bas dans le salon est un canapĂ©-lit queen et une causeuse avec A / C et ventilateurs de plafond. CATV, DVD, stĂ©rĂ©o avec lecteur CD rend le centre de divertissement si confortable que vous ne voudrez peut-ĂȘtre pas faire le "Duval Crawl", qui est Ă  1/2 pĂątĂ© de maisons

Un demi pùté de maisons de la célÚbre Duval St, à quelques pas de la vie nocturne tristement célÚbre ou à plusieurs pùtés de maisons se trouve la plage libre de South Beach avec piscine et restaurant. Si vous préférez une piscine, à quelques minutes de vélo se trouve la piscine et le bar Raw de Dante & # 226; & # 8364; & # 8482 ;. Situé sur le port maritime historique de Conch Harbour. Ouvert au public (enfants et animaux acceptés) avec bar complet et grill.

Short week getaway

Quick getaway with the wife. Nice little place. Have a nice sized space downstairs to hang and then large bedroom and bath upstairs. Location was perfect right near the middle of Duvall.

Location, location, location! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot during our stay for the recent Songwriters Festival. Just steps from Duval Street, this property puts you within easy walking distance of fantastic coffee shops, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and everything you need—no car required! The gated property provided a great sense of security, and the home itself was charming and well-equipped. A spacious shared courtyard, complete with tables, chairs, and loungers, made for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. While the pool is quite small—perfect for cooling off rather than swimming—it was still a nice touch. One thing to note: the bedroom is located upstairs. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s good to be aware of. Overall, a wonderful stay in a prime location!

Great Place and Location is PERFECT

We had a really great time in Key West and much of it was due to the accommodations, as it was clean, offered every amenity and then some but most importantly was the location! The Courtyard was serene and quiet, and you didn't feel like you were just steps away from the activity of Duval Street and could just about walk to everything! We were REALLY happy we stayed here!!

Cute and Convenient

The unit was clean and check-in was easy. It is in a beautiful secluded courtyard with other units, one block off of Duvall St. King bed was comfy, pull out was as expected for a pull out. Great for adults, would not recommend small kids. Parking does not exist, so don't expect it. Would stay there again.

The VRBO Insurance is a waste of money!

Did not get to stay as we had an ice dam at our property in Pa that broke through roof and leaked into our kitchen. Had insurance and they denied it! I guess you have to die or be hospitalized to get your money back. I’m done with VRBO! Luckily all the times I reserved places on VRBO, nothing happened for us to cancel! Had we left Pennsylvania and we returned in April (we are snowbirds) we would have returned to a ceiling laying on our warped hardwood floors!So, there wasn’t a stay to review!

We are a family of 4, kids were comfortable on fold out couch, bedroom upstairs had plenty of room! Bathroom was adequate size! The courtyard & pool were great after the beach! We enjoyed our stay, the little duplex area was comfortable & within walking distance to everything!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable house

We stayed in the Nassau suite for a short trip to Key West. It's location is excellent as it is within walking distance of many attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The actual VRBO was nice as well, it had a nice full kitchen and AC and fans worked well to keep the humidity and heat down (though we went in December so likely the cooler portion of the year). Bathroom was renovated and overall the house was comfortable. Management staff were able to accommodate our request for a later check out which was very generous as our flights were delayed and we did not want to wait at the small local airport for longer than we had to. I also locked myself out of the house once and the management staff was able to remotely unlock the front door for me. We did not do much cooking but if I could make one suggestion to the management staff, replacing the cooking utensils with silicone utensils (rather than plastic) would be much better for the cookware and just for food safety. I would also recommend replacing some of the cookware as much of it was old non-stick that was very scratched up. Stainless steel or just new non-stick would have been great! Regarding the bathroom, I would also recommend adding something in the actual shower (e.g. a stick on shelf or something that hangs from the shower head) that can help guests place their shampoo/soap. We ended up having to keep the shampoo and soap on the sink outside the shower and open the shower doors every time during showering then.

It was pretty good

So Key west is pretty small and so are the rooms. This was decent for Key West In my opinion. Pros: Location was great, area was very nice and well kept. My children enjoyed the birds. Living space was large for KW and kitchen was decent. Pretty Quiet area I liked that it had a main gate. Check in-out was easy, there is also a golf cart rental right next door they allow you to park and charge your golf cart thats a plus ! Cons: NO parking, its a one way, and nowhere to load and unload. We had to drive out at midnight the first night we were there to get street parking but there is literally none around. They do not give you a broom to sweep in the kitchen, I looked. I didnt like leaving crumbs all over the floor. The bathroom door does not lock and the upstairs door is a bi-fold door with no lock like a closet door. The button on the microwave to START didnt work half of the time, very difficult to push. Steps were steep and the floor left my socks very, very dirty. Overall it was nice, but not worth what I paid for it

Not what we expected

We love this property and have stated almost every unit in that complex. This has been our first disappointment. The furniture and decor is incredibly updated, the coffee pot was broken and leaked all over the shower door is broken and has half glass half half curtain, The upstairs bathroom faucet didn’t work well. Only provided one teeny tiny bar soap. They were only a few towels. Overall, it was a big disappointment. The location of the complex is amazing. This particular unit was not good. They can do so much better.

Great time, great location.

Great spot and place for family. I couldn’t find anything about the parking situation which would’ve been nice to know in advance but it’s also possible that I missed it. Parking in places like key west is always a hassle. Outside of no parking for suite, there’s nothing else I think people should know other than it’s a great spot as described and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Beautiful courtyard, convenient location, unit a bit disappointing

The property grounds and gardens and pool were beautiful The unit was well appointed but the hideaway bed mattress was so thin you could feel the metal springs. The wall paint color in the living room was too dark and a lighter color would lighten the feel of the unit. The toilet is way to low to the ground made for a child. The pots and pans need replacement. Despite, we loved the location and the courtyard.
