THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN…

The living room of THE POETIC PARROTFISH has a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The open floor plan allows you to see the front door to the back yard, perfect for entertaining. You’ll find the kitchen is furnished with high-end appliances and every tool you might need to cook up some home-cooked meals. There is bar seating for four, with a dining table right out the back door.

THE BACKYARD...

Open the large glass sliders to your very own private dip pool. Cool off on those hot South Florida days or crank on the pool heat during the cooler months. In the backyard, you’ll also find a propane BBQ grill and outdoor dining set for four. This fully-fenced yard gives you privacy while still allowing those tropical breezes to roll on through.

The guest house is just beyond the pool, featuring the third bedroom with a queen size bed, an attached half bath and an outdoor shower.

THE LOCATION…

This vacation home is located in the heart of Old Town, steps from all of the shops, restaurants, and sites of South Duval Street and the Higgs Beach. Take a short stroll or ride your bike down to Duval and experience the best of Key West, such as local favorites like 22 & Co, DJ’s Clam Shack, and Kaya Island Eats. Just a few blocks East is Higgs beach and the White Street Pier. Pack your cooler and towels and walk down to the sand and water or enjoy a beach-side meal at Salute! on the Beach.

** First Master Suite: Located at the front of the house with a King bed, flat screen TV, closet, desk and chair for remote work, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

** Second Master Suite: Located further down the hallway with a King bed, flat screen TV, storage loft, and direct access to the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

** Guest House: Queen bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite half bath plus outdoor shower.
