« Great All was perfect for us Good food, staff always kind Great expérience here »

« Misleading, Unsafe, and Overpriced: Avoid Tranquil Nest Lodge I checked out after one night of a 4-night stay at Tranquil Nest Lodge. Despite claiming a 4-star rating, it is a neglected 2-star setup at best. • Safety Hazard: Advertised as a "luxury tent" with a separate bedroom, it is just a single open canvas room. The bathroom and kitchen sit in a detached outbuilding. Management explicitly warns that the grounds have venomous snakes and forbids walking after 7:00 PM. Risking snakebites and...

« The property is extremely hard to find because the Google map will not be able to get you there. The staff was not prepared for our arrival, as they already had anticipated that we would not be able to find it. Consequently, the restaurant had a menu but there were only two different cuts of steak. with one piece each. since there was nothing else we ate the steak, which was fine. Getting there, you will have to travel through some neighbourhoods that didn’t seem too safe to me. »

« This place is creepy and the food is very bad, rotten »

« Very nice and clean house in Kruger Parke Lodge with enough space for 5, even 6 persons. 3 bathrooms. Washing mashine and dryer worked well, at least during non-load-sheeding times. The beds were a bit inconvenient for us. Probably because of its thatched roof, the house smelled a little like a horse stable. Some maintenance work in the building during our stay, but this was announced. One needs to be aware that the house is not close to the main area with reception, restaurant and pool. Most...
