This villa was super nice!! The villa itself (including the furnishings) was lovely and in excellent/new condition. It felt quite spacious, was clean, decorated impeccably, and stocked with all the kitchen ware needed, as well as starter supplies of paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps, toiletries, and even laundry detergent. The screened porch was fantastic as it kept the bugs away. This villa is a good 10 minutes waking to the beach, but I rented a bike and that made it a really quick trip. The area was quiet aside from daytime sounds of tennis being played. You can’t hear anyone indoors though. ;). The response of the management was almost immediate whenever I sent questions both before and during my stay. One of the curtain rods was hanging part out of the wall, and within an hour of reporting it, a courteous man was out to make the repair. Excellent experience overall. I wish I could have stayed longer, but my schedule didn’t allow. Oh — one downside was the trash dumpster was in a section across the street, so not too convenient. If there was once closer, I couldn’t find it. Not a big deal — I only needed to dump the trash at checkout. Overall — I highly recommend and would rent the villa again!
