Welcome to Sugar Beach Resort Penthouse PH08, a one-bedroom, one-bath oceanfront retreat located directly on the shoreline of Maʻalaea Bay in North Kihei. With Sugar Beach just steps away, PH08 puts the ocean at the center of your Maui vacation.



Start your morning with a walk along the sand, spend the afternoon beside the oceanfront pool, and come home to sunset views from your private lanai.



Your Private Penthouse Retreat



PH08's open living area flows toward the lanai and ocean beyond through large sliding glass doors, creating the relaxed indoor/outdoor atmosphere Maui is known for.



The covered lanai features seating for four and elevated views of the Pacific Ocean, resort grounds and West Maui Mountains—a beautiful spot for morning coffee, an alfresco meal or a sunset cocktail.



Inside, central air conditioning throughout the condo keeps things comfortable after a day in the Maui sun.



The living room includes a Smart TV with local cable and a double-size sleeper sofa.



The private bedroom features a new California King mattress, ceiling fan and its own Smart TV, providing a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day.



PH08 accommodates up to four guests but is best suited for two adults or a small family. The double sleeper sofa is most comfortable for younger children.



The full bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower with glass enclosure, while an in-unit washer and dryer makes longer stays and lighter packing easy.



A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of preparing meals at home, whether it's a quick breakfast before the beach or dinner enjoyed outside on your private lanai.



Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided, along with an in-unit safe for your convenience.
