« The property was amazing. Bedrooms are very spacious with loads of cupboard space. Bathrooms also very good. Kitchen extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. All the various areas for entertainment offer larger groups a choice of activities. The outdoor dining/lounging plus the covered pool was terrific. We had a wonderful few days with family and highly recommend this property. »

« Absolutely amazing property to stay in. Fastest way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city life would be to stay in this property which is nice and secluded from the hectic world, while also being close to all necessities like shopping. »

« We had couple of days of nice and tranquil time watching the birds play around the trees as we were looking for some time to chill. The accommodation is very well setup and clean. Loved the welcome treats left by the host. Caretaker, Jeff was very informative about the place. Loved our stay here. »

« The house has been expertly renovated and is a great place to stay for exploring the Central Coast. We found it quite difficult to find initially as it is located behind another house, and Umina itself is not at all "touristy", but once we got over those two issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is close to being brand new and is very comfy. The bed and sofa, two things we think are hugely important, were extremely comfortable, and the aircon was very welcome. « This was a lovely property,but needs improvement,as followsNo1-BBQ area,no gas BBQ or one that was fit to use, see photo ,which made it extremely hard when trying to cook for 9 people especially when you bought food to cook on the BBQ, the electricity overloaded and had to be sorted ,more phone calls to get the code to open the meter box to be able to reset the circuit breakerNo2-It took over 45 minutes to access the property,hard to find the key pad as it is hidden behind the gauze door& the...

« Had such an amazing time the host was very friendly and helpful ! I was so happy to also see all the bed sheets and towels were white and clean.We had 5 children 6 anf under with us and they Absolutely loved it the pool was our highlight as well as the location close to many attractions ! « The host gave comprehensive instructions for check in and offered additional bedding. The house was clean, warm and inviting. Bonus that the beds were actually super comfortable and we all had a great nights sleep.The view of the water from the outside balcony was serene.Location was perfect for a quiet catch up with friends and a night out for dinner was walking distance from the property.Would definitely recommend this accommodation and the host to others. »

"J'ai pris une chambre avec terrasse, malheureusement il n'y avait pas de transats, il n'y avait qu'une table avec 4 chaises.. J'en ai fait part à la réception et en regardant les chambres disponibles à ma période de réservation il n'y avait qu'une seule autre chambre de disponible. J'ai pris cette dernière qui était située juste en face de la première, mais malheureusement elle n'était pas équipée de transats. C'est un complexe hôtelier avec des appartements appartenant à des personnes qui les louent via une chaîne hôtelière. Donc toutes les chambres ne se ressemblent pas d'un point de vue équipements et design.. "
