« Clean and quiet »

« Wish there were handicapped rooms with walk in shower and no tubs. »

« El hotel está en muy malas condiciones, el piso malo, el lavamanos malo, el secador malo. La l olor del cuarto era de mucha humedad. »

« I enjoy perfect location »

« The main issues were there was not a working ice machine in the whole hotel for our entire 4 day stay. The treadmill also was not working. Our toilet ran the whole time. The curtain had something sticky on it and stained. The chair in the room was stained and torn. »

« Very great stay! I stayed for 14 nights and didn’t have a single issue at all. I will certainly book here again »

« Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. I was in town for my son’s Military Promotion Ceremony. This was rated a 4-star hotel online. I don’t see it! The exterior was run down, not well kept. Nothing about the hotel stands out in a positive manner. The room had a damp/humid feel & smell at all times. I’d walk in the room in my white socks and the bottoms would turn black! The shower was lousy = shower head was coated in mildew, the toilet handle was cracked, shampoo/conditioner near...

« Staff were friendly and available at any time, and care about the cleanliness of the room. It is well located and close to restaurant and many more stores. »

« Horrible experience front lady was very rude. I don’t know why they have smoking rooms that carpet, but have the non-smoking rooms hardwood. It makes no sense. It’s very backwards ! Room stinks / Ac barely works ! Then if you extend your room they asked for $20 just for you to stay in your room two hours. Otherwise you have to check out and check back in . In the same room ! Then she says she has to pay her housekeepers to clean the room, but if you don’t have to clean the room that you don’t...

« Staff was nice »

« 1. Even though I prepaid my reservation, the two clerks, who spoke very little English, could not find my reservation, insisting I hadn't made one. Even after I presented my confirmation code, they said I had no reservation. After several minutes they either found it or just gave me a room. 2. They did not inform me about any of the hotels few amenities; breakfast, wifi, etc. 3. The map to the room did not have my room number on in it, 312. When I asked about it they said the 300 series...

« It was decent for the area »

« Room had roaches staff thought I was doing fraud the ac didnt work the neighbors were doing drugs in the front and being loud all Halloween night screaming and making unnecessary noise I had to switch rooms 2x bc the first one was infested with to many roaches and the door handle for my door was broke and I was refused to get a refund from them »

« The room are so dirty that you can’t stay there comfortably. Staff offered another room but it was as dirty as the one they gave me initially. The internet never worked, a man was knocking at my door several times, I don’t know if he was trying to break in. At night they were knocking another door and screaming, it was a nightmare. »
