**BEDROOM*
Rest comfortably on a cozy queen-sized bed at the end of an adventurous day! Linen and towels are provided for your stay. The living area also features bedside tables with drawers and lamps, and dark window coverings to keep out unwanted light for a good night sleep.

**BATHROOM**
The unit has 1 bathroom with toilet, vanity, hair dryer, hot/cold shower combo and bathtub!

**PATIO/BALCONY**
Hang out by the balcony while watching the sunset or embrace the cold breeze of nature as it surrounds you with its refreshing warmth.

**PARKING **
There is no assigned parking spot in the open parking for your vehicle. Use of this parking is exclusive to the condo. To help with our guests, we recommend the use of 1 parking spot only during your stay.

In Kimberley, you will be able to visit the pedestrian-only Platzl, which is home to many stores, restaurants, and attractions.

To move around the town, we recommend bringing a vehicle. Although, there are certain areas that you can also visit by walking or riding a bike.

The unit uses a keypad for easy access. However, you will also need to retrieve a physical key from a nearby lock box to access the property.

NOTE: Please take care of the building key and return it accordingly as it is costly and time-consuming to replace.

-This unit is connected to an adjacent unit. For your privacy and comfort, the door between them remains securely locked.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 4 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
