« Amazing cabin and area to stay. The lake on the farm is relaxing and they provided paddle boats for those who stay. The kids loved searching the cabin for the little figurines hidden throughout the cabin and the muffins and cereal provided for breakfast. The upstairs is warm during the summertime but there is a fan that is provided to help cool it off. Caution for those with asthma as on the hot day the smoke smell from past fireplace use was very strong in the downstairs bedroom. Once there was...

« Idyllic setting. Off the beaten path on a lovely country road. Behind the property are 12 acres of woods on a hill which was nice to enjoy sitting on the back porch. Tappan Lake is about 5 minutes or less away. »

« My husband and I chose to stay at Valley View last year in order to be close to Cambridge to attend the Salt Fork Arts & Crafts Festival. It was not a hard decision to stay at Valley View again this year for the festival. This cute, comfy cabin has all we could want, and our hostess was communicative and gracious! « If you like a more secluded area, this house is GREAT! Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock, sitting on the porch that overlooked the pond, sitting in the hot tub near the pond, and playing games supplied by the homeowner. They really thought of everything! The owners were very easy to reach through text. We had a small issue the one night with the water, and he fixed it immediately. The wooded area that surrounded the house was beautiful. We saw deer and even a coyote one evening. ...
