« This house was great for two families to spend some time relaxing on the river and enjoying the local towns! The house was very clean and well stocked with river equipment. « We had a great stay at Edgewater Retreat. Our family of 5 (adults) were in the area for a wedding. The house was just 10 minutes away, which made it so convenient for the festivities. « Went to VA with our family(from Boston area) for a mini family reunion in the Tappahannock/Warsaw area. Stay @ Rapp was a great location. For exercise, we walked to the beach or used the golf cart on occasion. Community was welcoming and friendly. Neighbor next door was extremely helpful. House was clean and was as the pictures represented. We would stay again. »

« There is a very easy check-in process. The host, in particular Mara, had outstanding communication before our stay and during the stay. The house is very clean and the master bath is excellent. The kitchen is set up nicely. The hot tub was great. Their is a deck that is right off ofbthe sunroom/living room. Great property for dogs if you are bringing furry family members. »
