Stay in the heart of Sugarloaf Village, just a short walk from the Base Lodge and resort lifts. This two-bedroom condo sleeps 4 and makes ski days simple, with village dining and shops close by. Return to a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry and two balconies overlooking the resort. Two designated parking spaces are included. Lift and trail access depend on resort operations and snow conditions.

THE SPACE
Welcome to a comfortable ski-season retreat in the heart of Sugarloaf Village. The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and offers stunning views of the resort.

Living Area: Relax on the comfortable sectional sofa by the warm gas fireplace.

Balconies: Enjoy two balconies. One features a bistro set for morning coffee, and the other has a unique bench crafted from a ski chairlift.

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with a modern island has everything you need for meal prep.

Comfort: Warm up by the gas fireplace and settle in with the TV after a day on the slopes. Air conditioning is available for summer stays.

THE AREA
You are on Main Street in Sugarloaf`s Village Center, a short walk from the Base Lodge, lifts, resort dining and shops. This is a convenient base for morning ski runs, a lunch break at the condo and an evening in the village.

For more winter options, the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center offers cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and ice skating when conditions and operations allow; a separate trip is needed to reach the center.

GETTING AROUND
Most guests won’t need transit once they arrive—Village Center is highly walkable and set up for staying close to the mountain.

If you plan to explore beyond the resort (Carrabassett Valley area and nearby towns), a car is strongly recommended—winter tires/4WD are a good idea in storm cycles. The unit comes with devoted, off street parking spaces for two vehicles in the Village Center Owner`s Parking Lot.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This is a ski resort village location, so expect an active atmosphere during peak weekends and holidays.

Weather can change quickly at the mountain—plan for winter driving and variable conditions.

The condo is designed as a comfortable basecamp: well suited to skiers and riders who want easy village access and a comfortable place to recharge.
