The main floor hosts three spacious bedrooms designed for restful nights. The first two guest rooms are perfect for kids or friends. The first offers a spacious Queen bed, and the second features two twin beds with lots of storage space. At the back of the home, the primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploring.

Venture upstairs to discover a charming open loft, equipped with a desk for those who need to catch up on work or plan their next adventure, along with a fun table perfect for playing cards or games with family. Just down the hall, you’ll find another full bathroom before entering the impressive bonus room. This spacious area features a pool table, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy seating area with two full beds—an ideal space for kids to unwind and enjoy their own hangout while the adults relax downstairs.

- This property allows up to two pets; must identify at check-in and pay 'pet fee'
- No smoking ever allowed in the unit
- Cell phone reception is very limited in this neighborhood. There is a landline phone in the unit that can be used for emergencies.
- Quiet hours of 9PM - 7AM must be adhered to (Hot Tub cannot be used after 11PM)
- No house parties or large events
- Be respectful of neighbors by not raising voices on deck
- Max vehicle parking: 2 driveway
- Additional parking: Garage (Nov-April only), Street parking (May - Oct.)
- No access to garage for storage May - Oct
- High elevation home - must have 4WD/snow tires or chains during winter
- Snow removal contractor will clear driveway daily with over 3" of snow
- Skis and all outdoor sporting equipment must be stored outside front door on covered deck
- Exterior cameras on property located at the garage, back deck, and a ring camera at the front door
- Must be 25 years or older to rent property
