„Tolles Hotel für die Familie. Toller Wasserpark, Märchenwelt und Trickfiguren. Super Lage neben Kings Island. Hotel sehr sauber, die Zimmer richtig gross, einzig der Teppich in den Zimmern ist nicht so unseres. Aber vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen.“

„The hotel is nice and appears well maintained. It is an 8 minute drive from Kings Island which is a major plus. We were only here to shower, sleep, and to have breakfast so to us it was completely fine. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. The only issue we encountered was that the room fridge did not get cold at all. Other than that a pleasant stay. We would book again if coming to KI!“

„Well the room wasn’t very clean. Looked like mold in the tub and ceiling in the bathroom. The air conditioner wasn’t cooling off even on high. I think the front desk person is over worked he was sleeping at one point. The breakfast was the best and very good. Everyone was very nice tho.“

„The pool looks like it has never been cleaned. The door key would malfunction every other time it was used. Room was clean. Staff could be friendlier.“

„There are no clean room services during my 3 days stay. There were bad smells in the room all along. Breakfast is very simple. I think it is not worth the money I paid average around US$110 per day.“

„Very new hotel with great modern design, unfortunately, for such prize category room cleaning, waste removal, fresh towels only every three days. Also quite some hazzle with final payment, they were not aware that both rooms had already been paid in advance via internet platform. Great location, if you want to stay in the Mason area, including Paramount Kings Island, Tennis or working at the P&G business center.“

„Breakfast cold eggs and proteins —-not kept at temp 3 of my 5 day stay. manager wanted to argue about temp rather than fix problem. would not temp food (show me thermometer) Another guest said he complained about cold food day before to no avail. One morning 9 am fully out of all breakfast proteins saying they were slammed at pne time? what ? they dont know how to que foods for full hotel at breakfast? Had to wait 20+minutes to restock. Need better trained team! Room in suite ...

„Everything was great with exception of not having key cards available at time of check in due to a technical issue which took over 24hrs to fix.“

„Seit meinem letzten Aufenthalt 2019 hat sich die Qualität drastisch verschlechtert. Lange Wartezeit beim Einchecken weil andere Gäste Beschwerden und Probleme hatten. Keine Erfrischungen mehr in der Lobby wie Tee und Kaffee die das Warten erleichtern. Im Zimmer gab es nur eine halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier und zwei Duschtücher für zwei Personen. Außerdem auch kein Kleenex. Auf Anfrage haben wir extra Toilettenpapier und Handtücher erhalten aber kein Kleenex. Nur eines der zwei Betten hatte eine ...
