« Condo was in a great location. Walkable to downtown, space needle, chihuly gardens. Also lots of restaurants nearby, including a great Italian place right next door. Communication with host was also great and easy! »

« We had a great stay. The home was exceptionally clean. The view of the water was beautiful. The bed and couches were comfortable. The wood burning stove kept us nice and warm. »

« The house was extremely clean. We wiped the floor because some water spilled and the paper towel was clean after. You cant see the windows because they are so clean. The appliances look brand new. Very clean house on the inside. Only negative was the back patio was covered in spiderwebs and spiders. »

« Beautiful house with a comfortable feel of home. Incredible upscale appliances and cookware in the kitchen that was stocked with plenty of cooking essentials to make meal prep easy. House was very clean on arrival and the thoughtful and intentional decor gave the home a historical heartbeat. The host was friendly, helpful, accessible, and reached out several times to ensure we didn’t have any other needs. Thank you Roland! »

« Owners were very communicative, easy to work with, and everything worked as they said. College buddy and I used it as a place to crash in between golf rounds at Dungeness, White Horse, and Port Ludlow. Location was quiet, accommodations were comfortable, and it had everything we wanted/needed. The beach view/access was great and we even caught some red crab off the rocks down the beach by the campsite with a crab snare (didn’t keep them though). « Super easy location instructions. Parking was a breeze and so was entry.Jeffrey was an absolutely wonderful host! We loved getting to stay the night and wake up to such a beautiful view in the morning!!!We spend a lot of time up in Port Orchard, and will definitely request to stay at this property again 10/10 »

« The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email...

« We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back! »

"Lit incroyable, on n'a jamais aussi bien dormi de tout notre voyage. Il pouvait accueillir au moins 4 personnes également. Check in et check out totalement automatisé + possibilité de choisir sa chambre lors du check in (étage haut ou non / vue sur rue ou sur court intérieure). Les peluches mises à disposition dans la chambre 10/10. Décoration de la chambre moderne et fun. Petit bémol : petite galère pour comprendre comment fonctionnaient les lumières, peu pratique. La tablette qu'on aurait dû avoir n'était pas disponible dans la chambre."
