« We had a lovely 1 night stay with our 2 dogs. This hotel is very dog friendly and we could even bring our pointers with us into their restaurant when we had dinner. The staff was super friendly and the food amazing:) The only little thing I would have liked to have been informed about when booking our room, was that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi (that was the major reason we booked this hotel) we should have booked it so they could have had the chance to fill it with water and heat it up. « Seules les chambres avec terrasse acceptent les chiens. Cela n’est pas du tout mentionné par Hôtels.com. Nous l’avons signalé à Hotels.com qui visiblement n’en a rien à faire. Heureusement l’hôtel Esperanto a eu la courtoisie de nous accepter exceptionnellement. Un bon point pour l’hôtel et un très mauvais point pour hôtels.com »

« à l'arrivée, chambre côté parking au lieu de la vue vallée que j'avais réservée. Heureusement, réceptionniste réactive et aimable. Mais bon, mes bagages à redéplacer. ¨Petit déjeuner sommaire, je l'ai pris à 08h45, trop tard? »
