Hotel Klamath

« nous sommes arrivés dans cet hotel et nous avons appris sur place au check in que la piscine etait fermée, que le petit dejeuner etait un sac à emporter dans sa chambre et pas de reseau internet ( wi fi quasi inexistant ). le casino restaurant à coté etait fermé (le resto n'ouvrait que pour manger jusqu'a 18h30 !). il parait qu'Expedia aurait dû m'envoyer un mail me prevenant de tout cela , si je l'avais eu j'aurais annulé cet hotel perdu au milieu de nul part ou tout etait fermé .. bref nous...

« Chambre propre, literie confortable Axes d’amélioration : - Petit déjeuner plutôt mensonger, à savoir uniquement café/thé, barres de céréales multicolores, muffins sans goût et pommes (pas de jus de fruits ou de yaourts comme sur les photos !!!) - Le Check in et Check out se font via une borne en Visio… alors qu’une personne est derrière le comptoir et dit à peine bonjour ?! »
