Extended weekend

Great location while in town for college graduation. The house was clean and everything in working order for our stay. The host was very responsive to our questions. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Perfect Home away from home

I have to say, this was one of the best rental homes we have stayed in. It was perfect for us. Close to attractions, yet far enough away from downtown and college happens. We stayed for a long weekend with my MIL. It’s close to some busy roads (you hear the noise outside) but not on a busy road and can’t hear a peek of that noise from inside the home. We would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you!

Nice, nestled place to stay for a visit to UTK

Great small place to stay for a family of four. Had everything we needed, clean, and nestled amongst trees. Nice home base for our visit to downtown knoxville and the university. Would stay again. Thank you

Location great

The location is wonderful in an older neighborhood with great privacy. The pictures make the home look bigger but don't they all these days. The porch/patio is wonderful and large. It is pet friendly and although we do not have pets. It was an amazing location for us. We had a wedding downtown and other family about 10 mins away. A very cute place.

Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a small communication issue when we arrived but we communicated with the host and they rectified the issue immediately! I would definitely recommend staying at this property as well as if I am in Knoxville I would stay here again! The quick response from the host was greatly appreciated and the way they handled the miscommunication. The property is clean, the beds were extremely comfortable! It was super cold when we stayed but the house was warm and cozy which we greatly appreciated.

Business Trip Success

We stayed at this property while doing business in Knoxville. What a great location, close to the airport, downtown, and so much more. Also, we loved how chic and well-designed the house was. The hosts were responsive and answered all questions so quickly. It was a seamless trip, and I will be back!

Lovely stop on our travels

Highly recommend! The children and I were very happy to stop here after a long day of driving. It was such a pleasant experience to step through the doors; everything was tastefully furnished, super clean and very nice!

Great home and experience

Shared time with family at this cozy, beautiful home. Close to the university and stores. Great communication from the beginning through check out, which was much appreciated. We will be returning next time we are in town! Thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely home away from home

My husband, two friends, and I all loved the house. We were there for the memorial of my two friends' youngest sister, but in spite of the reason for our stay, the house was a perfect place for us to rest, relax and reminisce about our friend/sister and "the good old days." We all loved the back yard and the fireflies! We even enjoyed grilling dinner one night in the back yard.

Enjoyed our stay

Beautiful little home in Knoxville

This little house was perfect. Very tastefully decorated. Very easy to navigate the home. The location was central to downtown Knoxville. Communication was excellent with the ownership and management of the home. I travel a lot and if you are looking for a very clean home with everything you need for a short stay. I cannot recommend this home anymore. Outdoor space was lovely.

2 nights to recharge.

We have never been to Knoxville and decided to stop on our way back from Florida. Clean and cute as could be. Very comfortable and enjoyed televisions in all the rooms, giving everyone a place to relax. Unfortunately. the weather was not warm enough to enjoy the darling front and back porch areas. I would suggest either putting the overhead lighting on dimmers or adding a lamp (floor). Too bright for watching TV but too dark with only one lamp.

Cute & Cozy Getaway

We really enjoyed ourselves at this VRBO. The home was completely remodeled so everything was shiny and new. The home was also very clean and that is very important to us. The owners are extremely responsive to any needs you have and that was greatly appreciated. We loved our time in Knoxville, TN!

Great spot

Very clean and newly remodeled house. Have zero complaints. Host was communicative. Exactly as listed. It was perfect for what we needed to attend game weekend. The only thing I would mention (and this applies to all of Knoxville, not this house) is the Uber/Lyft situation is horrendous. I’d plan on driving most places.
