« The staffs are absolutely helpful, we arrived early, they offered us th shuttle service, and phone number to call the shuttle during our visit in the town. There are 4 private spa which we can book one at a time, we had room 2 and room 4, both with 2 pools outside with great view. The room with mountain view is amazing. The dinner is absolutely delicious. we had a great time in this place »

« It's our first time at an onsen ryokan, and overall it was a very pleasant stay! The receptionist that greeted us spoke English well and was very clear at explaining the facilities and answering any questions we had. She asked clarifying questions about our food preference so that adjustments can be made to the meals. My friend doesn't eat any raw food, we both don't eat spicy, and they made note of that. « The staff was very nice! They didn’t really speak english, but it was easy to communicate with them. The location is nice and the room was very authentic and pretty! The breakfast was nothing that we expected. It was awesome!! When staying here, you must eat breakfast here. Not an american style breakfast! Very very authentic japanese breakfast that we enjoyed very much. Great experience!! »
