"The hotel is decent, but at this price point, expectations weren’t matched. The room was so humid that even the bed linens felt damp. Pre-arrival communication was frustratingly poor—I had to threaten to cancel just to get them to honor the complimentary transfer mentioned at booking. That said, the staff upon arrival were kind and helpful, and the room was clean despite the humidity issue. Not a place I’d recommend, though it might still be the least bad option in the area."

"Hotel Review: I stayed at this hotel for one night and was quite disappointed, especially given its 9/10 rating. The hotel looks old and run-down, though the staff were friendly and helpful. My room had several issues: the sheets and pillows were dirty, it smelled of fresh paint, and the bathroom had a strong humidity odor. I had to ask for air freshener three times before anything was done. The air conditioning was either freezing or noisy, and I had to pay 1500 LKR for Wi-Fi in the room since the free lobby Wi-Fi wasn’t working. I didn’t have a hairdryer so I asked the staff for one and they gave me one with the europe plug. The gym was outdated, and the hotel is located next to a bar, making it very noisy at night. Breakfast was average at best, with poor coffee and juice. Only one towel was provided per person, and I had to request a bath mat. There were some positives, like the large bed, two free bottles of water, a fridge, and a kettle, but the pool area lacked enough sunbeds. I initially chose this hotel based on its high reviews, but I can’t understand how it was rated so well. While I realize standards vary by country, this stay fell well below expectations. I won’t be staying here again."

"Changement d hotel dans le meme groupe car ATTENTION pas de piscine dans cet hôtel situé un peu plus loin que la zone restaurant. (Possibilité d utiliser la piscine de l autre hotel gratuitement mais situé a 1km5). Nous avons donc changer pour le Caves hotel, moins récent que le JLeaf mais mieux situé. Personnel super gentil et au petit soin pour nous. Tres bon petit déjeuner lorsque le buffet est possible. Chambre avec clim, salle de bain ok. L hotel mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais nous nous sommes quand même sentis très bien. Peut etre un peu cher au vue des nombreux hôtels de nôtre séjour bcp moins chers. Proximité de l aeroport. Plage a proximité sale."
