Villa Orchid is a modern 3-bedroom villa in Chaweng, offering the perfect blend of comfort, style, and breathtaking sea views. Thoughtfully designed with open-plan living spaces, the villa is filled with natural light and refreshing tropical breezes, creating the ideal setting for a relaxing island escape.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests and features three spacious bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, air conditioning throughout, and a bright living area that flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining space.

Outside, the private infinity pool invites you to cool off while taking in panoramic sea views. Comfortable sun loungers and a covered outdoor sala provide the perfect setting to enjoy Koh Samui`s tropical lifestyle from sunrise to sunset.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including high-speed Wi-Fi, private parking, and the support of our local hosting team throughout their stay.

Check-in/Check-out Times: Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you need flexibility around these times, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our booking schedule.

House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking in the villa, no pets, and respecting quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once a week for stays of minimum 6 days. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Pool and garden maintenance will be performed regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment.

Utilities: Please note that electricity is charged separately based on your usage at the rate of 8 Baht per unit. This is common in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. However, water is included in your stay.

Security Deposit: A refundable cash deposit of 5.000 (five thousand) Baht will be collected upon check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages or extra cleaning fees and will be fully refunded at check-out.
