A lovely stay in beautiful Kauai!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Kauai so much and that was in large part thanks to our beautiful rental! The home was stocked with everything we would need and was both comfortable and beautifully decorated. The views on the lanai were enjoyed every morning over coffee and every evening with a glass of wine. Perfect vacation!

Beautiful condo on Kauai

We had an amazing time in Kauai and this condo was a highlight. This condo had all the basics that you will need and included a few extras that were greatly appreciated. Kitchen was well equipped and appliances were very nice. Having coffee filters and some coffee provided was a bonus as it's always challenging to figure out before you get somewhere what type of filters to buy. The beautiful patio was wonderful to wake up to every morning as well as to wind down on every night. We had six adults staying here and there was plenty of space for everyone. Great central location to the entire island. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Family Time

We were very comfortable. The pictures were accurate. And to have a washer and dryer was an absolute plus. My teenagers loved the pool time on the hot days. The first bedroom ceiling fan sounded as if it was loose. We forgot to grab some WD40 for the laundry door. It was a bit squeaky. We weren’t bothered by the little things. The main bedroom and bathroom was perfect for my teenagers. The tub was awesome for the days of soaking in such a beautiful home. We took out our trash daily. Although we were there to relax. My teenagers still had their chores done just like at home. My father loved it. I recommended this home for friends and family to stay. It was absolutely beautiful and location was key. It’s location was right up the road from all of our family and friends. We look forward to renting this unit again on our next visit back home to Kauai for more family time. Thank you again.

Relaxing and beautiful property with wonderful view

We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed every minute. It was wonderful to come back from a day of sightseeing to such a calm and beautiful home. The patio was one of our favorite spots. Lovely to sit there in the evening and enjoy the sunset or in the morning with a cup of coffee and look at the ocean in the distance. Very clean and stocked with all the essential for a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Kauai.

Amazing location and villa ! Wow!

We loved our stay at Kainani Villa, what a beautiful villa! It was pristine, the outdoor indoor living is by far the highlight we had many nights spent on the patio grilling and enjoying Jenga! The location is prime, amongst very gorgeous multi million dollar houses. There is construction going on next door but it’s very quiet and not at all bothersome! Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Villa in a Great Location

We were three couples celebrating our wedding anniversaries, so we were looking for a special place to stay. Kainani Villa #5 was perfect for our group. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. All three bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms with plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Likewise, the kitchen was well-stocked, clean, and very nice. We frequently used both the indoor and outdoor spaces which had more than enough lounging spots for the six of us. The setting was beautiful with a nice ocean view. The location was close to numerous restaurants, shopping, and beaches. It was easy to get to other areas of the island as well. The property management company was professional from start to finish and continually kept us updated via email. They also have a concierge service that assisted us in booking activities and provided dining and sightseeing recommendations. The entire process went smoothly and everyone who we worked with were friendly and helpful. There is ongoing construction directly adjacent to the villa that we were made aware of prior to booking. A few mornings were quite loud, but it did not ruin our stay in the least. By the time we returned to the villa in the afternoon, everything was quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend this villa and its management group. We would definitely book a return stay at this beautiful property.

Best 3br Place we saw in southern Kauai

The listing does not do the property justice. This is a beuatiful home and I did not see a similar sized property anywhere on the Island that I would rather have ahd. I compare the master bedroom to the One & Only Hotel in Cape Town with an outdoor shower like a Singita safari lodge (I have been to 12 of them). There was indeed construction next door which I was aware of but it did not impact our stay. One time they turned on music (a "boom box") but a quick call to security ended that. I am not in the construction industry but the project is moving fast. There were other renters in another unit playing music but they went to bed around 11pm. We had very minor maintenance issues that were immediately resolved by management. The only thing that was not resolved was the garage door opener but I am sure that is fixed now. We hiked Waimea Canyon, Na’pali Coast Trail and had many nice meals at Beach House, Eating House 1849, Brennecke’s, & Keoki’s Paradise x 2. Best poke bowl of my life at Koloa Fish Market. Some of us did did four 100 ft dives with a local scuba operator. We rented a minivan for all six of us and a Nissan Sentra for the kids so we did not have to share a car. I will for sure stay here again!

Return to Kauai

We have been fortunate to visit to Kauai multiple times, and this was our favorite place to stay yet. Everything was ready, clean, comfortable, felt welcoming and very nice, plus we had ample basic supplies like paper goods, towels, and pots and pans, etc that made the stay feel relaxed and convenient. The location was excellent, easy to find and an easy distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We would stay in the exact unit again on our next visit!

Kukuiula Villa Perfection

The property was perfection. Very well designed with a comfortable, but elegant, tropical inspiration. The villa was very roomy for a three bedroom, and had a stunning view! Opening the large glass sliders lends to a much larger great space where you can enjoy the lanai & the small plunge pool. The kitchen had high end appliances and everything you could need if choosing to cook in while vacationing. It was a perfect location for a family of four. We look forward to staying here again!!!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It has great proximity to many beaches and shopping centers. The property is very clean and seems recently built. We would stay there again and recommended to anyone coming to stay. The sliding glass doors were gorgeous, and we had a great view of the ocean and sunset. They had Sonos speakers that you could play music from in every room. The outdoor shower was awesome. The front door automatically locks so watch out for that. A few small minor changes: -The water temperature did not get very hot -The washing machine had a mold smell -The pool was a little cold -!

Beautiful property

Gorgeous, well-maintained, and very comfortable property with a beautiful kitchen and outdoor area, where we spent most of our time. The floor to ceiling window/walls are the highlight of the property, as is the outdoor shower. There was construction next door (which we were aware of, and management had offered us alternative properties if we wanted), but it didn't end up being very bothersome as we were out most of the day, and the noise was fairly minimal. The workers were also friendly. Concierge assonance with booking activities was also helpful and a plus. Overall, really happy with our stay.

Amazing Location & Home

We loved our weeklong stay at this villa. It was such a convenient location to Poipu Beach and we took advantage of it. Loved how clean the house was and it had everything we needed from the get go. House also came with an umbrella and beach chairs so we were prepared. Highly recommend and would definitely return for another family vacation!

We really enjoyed this place. Good location. It was very clean and the outside area was terrific. There was some construction next door with some fencing that obstructed part of the view, but it wasn’t bad. We would book this place again.

Beautiful in every way. Brand spanking new and first class. Luxurious primary suite. Comfy beds. Every bedroom is an ensuite. Kitchen is gourmet all the way with Meile appliances. Covered outdoor dining with Wolf grill was the bomb! No heat or jets available in the spa pool, which was disappointing.
