The Space:

Bon Bida Blenchi is a well-appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with an open-plan living room and kitchen, a covered porch, and a balcony.



The first bedroom has a king-size bed; the second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for a couple with children or two friends. The living room flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and ice maker. The covered porch and balcony both offer space to relax outside, complete with a dining table and outdoor furniture.

Good to know:

- No dryer: thanks to the constant sun and trade winds, laundry dries outside in just a few hours.

- No BBQ: barbecuing is not possible at the property. The Seru Largu viewpoint nearby is a popular public BBQ spot.

- Unpaved road: the last stretch to Bon Bida Blenchi is along an unpaved road, easily manageable in a regular car.



Guest Access:

As a guest of Bon Bida Blenchi, you have exclusive use of the entire apartment: both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the open-plan living room and kitchen, the covered porch, and the balcony. You also have access to the shared pool of the Bon Bida Apartments complex. Free street parking is available right outside the property. To give guests a warm welcome and share tips about the apartment and the island, all arrivals are handled in person. The Sunwise hosts will coordinate the details of your arrival with you in advance.



The Neighborhood:

Bon Bida Blenchi is located in Hato, the residential strip north of Kralendijk, stretching from Harbour Village toward Sabadeco. The neighborhood is close to several beach clubs and dive resorts as well as the northern shore dive sites, with restaurants and shops just a short drive away. Hato strikes a great balance between convenience and tranquility: perfect for families and water sports enthusiasts who want to get going quickly but prefer a quiet neighborhood to come home to in the evening.



Bon Bida Blenchi is approximately 850 meters from Zhung Kong supermarket, 900 meters from Dive Friends Hamlet dive center, 350 meters from Isidel Beach Park, 2.6 kilometers from the center of Kralendijk and 600 meters from Rum Runners restaurant.



Sunwise insider tip: On a beautiful evening, head over to Seru Largu, the well-known viewpoint southeast of Kralendijk. From the top, a small hill you can climb in just a few minutes, you are treated to a breathtaking panoramic view of almost the entire island: the salt flats to the south, the colorful houses of Kralendijk, and the vast Caribbean Sea along the west coast. Seru Largu is also known as the go-to spot for a barbecue under a star-filled sky. Bring your own grill supplies and drinks, find a picnic spot, and soak in the atmosphere as the sun slowly dips below the horizon.



Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Bon Bida Blenchi. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in to Bon Bida Blenchi is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations.
