« Very nice »

« The hotel was nice with a large refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. Nice space for guests to sit on couch. Only downfall was that we didn’t get maid service on our 2 night stay. We didnt have a tag up saying no room service annd when we came back later in the day, no one had cleaned the room. We did ask for when we got back but it but it was later in the day and they were already gone. »

« The room was clean, but dated. Pool and hot tub were nice, my kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast wasn’t very good, we had eggs which were tasteless and biscuits and gravy also not very good. The stay was quiet and we slept pretty good. »

« The breakfast staff was very friendly and always available to refill whatever needed to be filled. The room itself looked old and dingy, really used and abused, stained chairs, horrible pillows. We booked this particular hotel because we wanted to have the option to have an indoor pool. I called beforehand and asked about the condition of the pool and if if it was open. I was assured that it was. When we got to the Hotel and wanted to use the pool, we were told that the poolPool was closed...

« The kitchenette did not contain plates, silverware or glasses. I did enjoy the larger room size. »

« Mold in the bathroom, shower was not cleaned prior to when we got to the hotel. There is mold on the ceiling near the head of the bed. The carpet is rolled up and separating from the floor and wall the left side night stand is holing it down. Lack of plug in for chargers as well, one roll of toilet paper was available and there were no tissues in the room. »

« Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Swimming pool area was a little scary. The bar to hold onto to get into the pool actually came off in the hand of my guest when they were going in the pool. When we told the clerk she said she was aware and would remind maintenance. No sign, no warning. The staff were extremely friendly except we had a problem checking out.
