I’m Shogo, a Japanese host living in Malaysia.
The Skyline Residences unit we manage is located on the 36th floor of a modern high-rise tower in the convenient Pudu area—just 2.3 km from the heart of Kuala Lumpur and directly connected to the LRT Pudu Station (approx. 350m away). Guests enjoy free access to luxurious shared facilities, including an infinity pool, gym, game room, and a 48th-floor sky lounge, while the unit itself offers a beautiful living space with a stunning view.

The space
※ [Important] Removal of Amenities Strictly Prohibited:
Removing any amenities—including tableware (such as glasses and cups), consumables, pillows, pillowcases, and towels—is strictly prohibited. A penalty fee will be charged if any items are found to have been removed.

※ Notice Regarding New Construction:
As this is a newly constructed property, some areas remain unfinished. Construction noise may occur on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you need to work, we recommend using the co-working space on the 9th floor.

We ask for your understanding regarding these matters.

Guest access
This unit is self check in unit, so it is allowed to check in late as well

You have exclusive use of the room, so you are free to come and go 24 hours a day.

Other things to note
★ If you plan to arrive early, please contact us regarding early check-in. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

★ For late check-out, please tell us as early as possible, the fee is changing depends on timing.

★ A one-time cleaning fee is charged for the unit. This fee does not include daily housekeeping services.

★ If you require additional housekeeping during your stay—or for long-term stays—we can arrange this for a fee of 150 Malaysian Ringgit per service.

★ This is a non-smoking property (including e-cigarettes/vapes).
Please refrain from smoking on the balcony, at the entrance, or on the fire escape.

★ Pets are not permitted on the premises.

★ Please let us know your approximate check-in and check-out times—including your flight arrival time—when making your reservation.
