Komfortables Hotel in Flughafennähe
Das moderne Hotel ist erst ein paar Jahre alt und bietet gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit sehr komfortablen Betten. Der große Swimmingpool im sechsten Stock bietet einen schönen Ausblick über die Stadt und ist eine Wohltat nach einem anstrengendem Tagesausflug. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet ist leider von den Speisen sehr stark auf asiatische Kunden ausgerichtet, aber man findet auch einige Dinge die mehr dem europäischen Geschmack entsprechen. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens und bietet alle zwei Stunden einen kostenlosen shuttle service zum Flughafen. Um an die Waterfront zu gelangen, muss man ein Taxi nutzen was ungefähr 25 Ringgit kostet. An der Hotelrezeption kann man auch Tagesausflüge buchen.

The mall attached isn’t the best one in the area but if you want to do sown shopping or kill time, it’s connected to the hotel. The prices are good! They have a train ride kids can do but no playground. The hotel was great. I wish it had a thicker blanket BUT that’s probably not something I would say when it’s hot. The breakfast was good with lots of food and drink options. Omg the menu food was delicious and we got in around midnight, but fortunately they’re open 24 hrs. It was exactly what we needed after a 7 hour delay in the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel. I travel with a 4 year old and we felt safe and comfortable. The gym was good too.

The staff are very helpful in safeguarding the items that was handed over by me to store in a chiller, as there is no room to put the item in the hotel room fridge. Despite going in and out of the hotel parking many times, the staff were patient enough to accommodate to our free parking every time we call to void our parking fee. Thank you

Great Hotel near Kuching Airport
The Imperial Hotel in Kuching was great. It is close to the airport and is attached to a shopping mall. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. We found the place to be clean, comfortable and with many nice amenities. The price was a great deal for what we got.

Poor arrangement. The guest have to wait for long que for check in due to not all counter were opened. The hotel should open all counters when there a lot of guest. The access card to the room are not activate and the guest have to go to the counter again to activate the card. The hotel toilet sink is clogging. The pool area is not well maintained. The floor is broken and the nail can cause hazard to the guest. Very dangerous

Should provide 2 bottles of water per person each day. Outer side of window was full of germs and green mosses, making the view blury and negative. Location wise was good, with shopping mall and kopitiam in walkable distance.

Superb service
This is my first time in Kuching, Sarawak for the conference. Hotel was awesome, food was fabulous, staffs were super nice. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel interior is clean and spacious, so was the room. The breakfast buffet spread was superb. What I didn't like - the exterior needs upkeep, as in the windows. The glass is full of dirt and rain spots...gives an otherwise lovely view out, a not so lovely view. When it rains (and it did rain a lot when I was there), the rain drops made loud splattering noises on the metal mullions (the horizontal window frames). The extra large spaces in the room and unblocked views made up for that, I reckon.
